Prior to each event, we assess potential risks associated with:
• Event design and layout
• Venue access and restrictions
• Weather conditions for outdoor events
• Installation and breakdown processes
Where necessary, adjustments may be made to ensure safety without compromising the overall aesthetic or experience.

All décor, structures, and styling elements are installed by trained personnel. Items are positioned securely and in line with venue guidelines.
• Equipment must not be moved, altered, or dismantled by clients, guests, or third parties.
• Glamour & Vows reserves the right to remove or modify any item that may present a safety risk.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that venues:
• Provide safe and suitable access for setup and breakdown
• Meet all legal and safety requirements
• Communicate any venue-specific rules or restrictions in advance
Glamour & Vows cannot be held responsible for hazards arising from venue conditions outside our control.

For outdoor events, the Client must provide a suitable contingency plan in case of adverse weather. Glamour & Vows reserves the right to adapt, delay, or remove installations where weather conditions pose a risk to safety.

Once the event has commenced, Glamour & Vows accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guests, third parties, or environmental factors. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
